The accelerator programme will run over 6 months and be a combination of the businesses working independently with support from their mentor and a number of seminars, speaking events and workshops. At these events the businesses will be able to learn from market leaders and experts, present their own work (such as marketing plans, etc.) and receive valuable feedback and support.

SHAPE. (Week 1-4)
Shape is all about intense mentor-driven development of team, idea, solution, business model and development plan. We bring in serial entrepreneurs and business development experts during this phase who not only coach, but motivate and inspire. The mentors help form the individual team’s identity, product and plan. The initial Shape phase concentrates on ensuring the team focuses on the right aspects of building their business.
The first 4 weeks of the program will be dedicated to mentoring. One-on-one mentoring session will provide start-ups with valuable advice on how to best shape or reshape their business model in order to build a successful business and how to shape their idea in Chinese Market.
BUILD. (Week 5-9)
Build focuses on forming actionable plans to create a product that solves customer’s problems. Product are developed during the Build stage, and invites technical experts to help the Start-ups create platforms built for scaling. Some workshops are about Chinese IP strategy, Chinese Greentech Market and Environmental Law/Policy in China etc.
The following weeks will be dedicated to building a business model and a working product.
SELL. (Week 10-13)
Sell drives initial traction to gain initial revenue and viral growth. Mentors engage with teams during the Sell stage to improve customer development, sales, and marketing. The teams receive pitch and media training as they prepare for their Demo Day. Demo Day signifies the end of the program when teams typically seek external funding.
The last stage will include a crash course in raising capital, workshops to prepare the start up with all essentials and beyond tools and documents, including extensive pitch training such as how to sell product to Chinese/British investors.
